Staff of CBDC Labrador are dedicated to customer service and to utilizing all skills acquired through education and work experienee to assist in any way possible.

To assist its commitment to provide dedicated, professional services, CBDC Labrador operates with a team of three staff:

Vicki Noseworthy
Executive Director - Vicki Noseworthy
Vicki was born and raised in Green Island Brook on the Northern Peninsula of Newfoundland. She completed her post secondary education at Memorial University, achieving a bachelors degree in business and economics. Vicki began working with CBDC Labrador in 2001 as a Development Officer and has been Executive Director since December 2002. She has served on committees of both the Provincial and Atlantic CBDC Associations. Vicki enjoys the long days of summer where she can often be found on the patio with her dog Jigger enjoying a few of her favorite things; a cup of coffee, a good book and a barbecue.

Ellen Bock
Development Officer - Ellen Bock
Ellen is originally from Goose Cove, on the Great Northern Peninsula. She relocated to Happy Valley-Goose Bay, along with her husband, in 2010. Ellen has extensive knowledge and experience in the financial services sector and has previously worked with Citifinancial and the Eagle River Credit Union.

Ellen joined CBDC Labrador in May 2011 as a Development Officer.

Heather Jennings-Brown
Administrative Assistant - Heather Jennings-Brown
Heather was born in Happy Valley-Goose Bay. After graduating High School she moved to Nova Scotia to attend Mount Saint Vincent University. She's lived across Canada, including Fort Simpson, Northwest Territories where she ran a home-based business. After working for the World Association of Girl Guides and Girl Scouts in Adelboden, Switzerland, she moved back to Canada. Since returning to Labrador, Heather has studied Office Administration at College of the North Atlantic. She first came to CBDC Labrador as a work term student in July 2015 and was hired as Administrative Assistant that September. Heather deeply values her Labrador roots and spends much of her time volunteering with a number of community organizations.
